GENERAL DATA CAPTURE FORM SUBMISSION EVENT
Alterian are working on a product enhancement for our Campaign Manager to allow users to pull General Data Capture (GDC) form submission data from Email Manager into Campaign Manager. This will allow our customers to analyze results of submissions, better profile and broaden the information held on recipients.
Email Manager has a new event to support this work. Following the deployment of Email Manager 6.3.5 the submission of a GDC form will trigger a GDC submission event. These events will be visible in Quick Totals, Message Tracking and will be passed through in any Single Event View files created.
SELECT ALL IN QUICK TOTAL SCHEDULED REPORTS
Clicking on “Select all” against a Creative Category when setting up a scheduled Quick Totals report will now add any new creatives added to the Category each time the automated report runs. Previously only the creatives present at the time the report was initially scheduled would be included.
