Simple Anonymisation - User Unknown

This allows you to link from website by:

1. Create a new email creative and insert a link to the GDC Form creative.
2. When creating the link, add the Anonymous parameter to the ViewLink variable:{ViewLink: CreativeID, Anonymous}

3. Import a sample recipient list and include any fields that are contained within the data capture page (this only needs a single record of data).
4. Create a deployment to that recipient list mapping any relevant fields.
5. When you receive the deployed email, click on the anonymised link, and use that URL to host the form on your website.
