Something else that you can do with forms is to have a message sent to the person who fills out the form upon submission of the form. To do this, you must first create a deployment with the message you want sent (more on this in the next section). Then add the following hidden input tag to your form - where deploymentid is the ID of the deployment you have created:

You can find the deployment ID in the following ways:

• Look in Deployment Manager after you have performed a test send.
• In the Message Tracking Report window:
  1. Open this window using the Message Tracking tool, or from Quick Totals (by clicking any result in the Quick Totals Report window).
  2. Run a report in Quick Totals on your creative and make sure you "Group-by" deployment. Also, make sure you select an appropriate date range so that the report you generate will include your deployment.
  3. Find the deployment in the report and click on one of the results, such as the number of Mails Sent.
  4. In the resulting Message Tracking Report window, click any template name in the results table. The pop-up window displays the template that was sent, along with the message header and the variable values for that message. In the upper right corner you will see the deployment ID for this deployment.
