Email Manager 6.3.2 is a service release.

We have made improvements to the Single Event View process within email manager. The changes will reduce the chances that duplicates are erroneously formed causing issues when loading the data into AlterianCampaign Manager. We have also added functionality that will “Lock” an email manager record from change. This has been added to support our data protection services specifically around right to erasure requests. Performance improvements are focused around our ability to pull deployment information. This will improve the performance of Deployment Manager for all customers and particularly for customers with large numbers of deployments.

Email Manager 6.3.2 has been tested and is supported on the following:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer must be installed on the client machine
Client Installation

You upgrade will occur automatically next time you log into Email Manager following your data center upgrade.

Your client download URL is now in the format https://clientname.e.alterian.net.

If you do not remember your account specific URL the Alterian support team will be able to advise.

Larger customer may have seen performance issues with Email Manager Deployment Manager. To improve performance, we now use stored procedures to rather than less efficient dynamic SQL. Further Improvements in this area.
