Radio Button Properties

To define the Experience radio buttons so they update a list field of the same name, they all need the same name as follows:

• Name: {SetField:OptOut_Experience}

• Value: Each radio button needs a different value, as this will define what value is given to the Experience list field on submission. As this example has five Experience radio buttons the values will be 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5. For example:

• Click OK

Checking the Selected check box automatically shows the check box as being checked once a recipient opens the form.
