Creating the List Structure

Before adding the creative to EM the list that will contain all the forwarded records needs to be created. This is to ensure the correct field types are used. The following process must be used to create the required list structure.

Procedure

1. Go to the list import module and open the list import wizard.

2. Select the sample .CSV file

3. When importing the data make sure all the email fields are set to field of type email.

4. Once these have been set click Finish to create the list.
